Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You today feeling overwhelmed. Even though today was a bit better, the weight still feels heavy on my shoulders. Lord, You see every detail that's pressing in on me - the responsibilities, the worries, the endless to-do lists. I ask for Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, just as You promise in Philippians 4:7. Help me to take captive every anxious thought and make it obedient to Christ. When I feel like I'm drowning in tasks and concerns, remind me that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light. Teach me to cast all my anxiety on You because You care for me. Give me wisdom to prioritize what truly matters today and the courage to let go of what doesn't. Thank You for being my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. In Jesus' name, Amen.
