I'm so encouraged to hear you're feeling better today after experiencing brokenness. Moving from that place of deep pain toward healing is a significant step, and I want to honor your courage in this journey. While anxiety may still whisper doubts, remember that God's peace can guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). When anxious thoughts arise, try this simple CBT technique: pause and identify one thing you can see, one you can hear, and one you can feel physically. This grounding exercise can help anchor you in the present moment. God promises to be near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your progress, however small it may feel, is evidence of His faithfulness working in your life.
