Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You feeling stuck in this social overwhelm. Day after day, the same heaviness settles in my heart when I think about connecting with others. Lord, You know exactly how isolated this makes me feel, how exhausting it is to face what feels like an emotional wall. I'm asking You to meet me right here in this sameness. Help me to trust that even when my circumstances don't shift, You are actively working in my spirit. As Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, You are close to the brokenhearted. Draw near to me now, Father. Give me eyes to see Your presence in the ordinary moments of today. Renew my perspective so I don't define my worth by how I feel socially. Guide me toward one small step of connection that feels manageable. I lean on Your unchanging character when my emotions feel frozen. Thank You for hearing me, for staying with me through every same-feeling day. In Jesus' name, Amen.
