Let's practice a simple CBT technique: when you notice yourself overthinking, pause and ask, 'Is this thought helpful or true right now?' Then gently redirect your focus to the present moment. As Philippians 4:8 reminds us, we can choose to dwell on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy. This small step forward is significant, and I'm praying you continue to find peace as you practice redirecting your thoughts toward God's truth.
