Heavenly Father, I come before You today with the same struggle I faced yesterday - this addiction that grips me and the anxiety that accompanies it. Lord, You see my heart and know how weary I am of this battle. I feel stuck in this cycle, and the anxiety makes it hard to see a way forward. Please grant me the strength to take just today's portion of this journey. Help me to bring every anxious thought captive to Christ, as Your Word teaches. When I'm tempted, remind me of Your presence. When I'm anxious, remind me of Your peace that surpasses understanding. Give me wisdom to recognize the triggers and patterns in my life, and courage to make different choices. I claim Your promise in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that You will provide a way out when I am tempted. Thank You for Your faithfulness even when mine falters. In Jesus' name, Amen.
