Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today feeling the weight of this addiction journey. The anxiety has grown a bit stronger, and I feel that familiar pull toward old patterns. Lord, I confess that I'm struggling to maintain the progress I've made. Please help me in this moment of increased challenge. When the cravings come, give me clarity to recognize unhelpful thoughts and the courage to choose differently. Strengthen me according to Your promise in Philippians 4:13 - that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Help me to see this not as a setback but as an opportunity to depend more fully on You. Guide me to reach out for support when I need it, and remind me that Your grace is sufficient even when my willpower feels weak. Thank You for walking with me through every high and low. In Jesus' name, Amen.
