On your next exhale, imagine that weight melting away... your shoulders softening down your back... Allow this softening to travel slowly down your body... through your arms and hands... your spine... your hips and legs... all the way to your feet... a gentle wave of release flowing downward... letting the solidity of Tuesday ground you as you soften into it... Arrive in a deep stillness... your body heavy and supported... your mind quiet... simply resting in the peace of this moment... "Be still, and know..." In this quiet knowing, you are already at rest... Whenever you're ready, begin to notice the room around you... and gently bring your awareness back... carrying this calm with you into the night.
