On your next exhale, imagine that weight melting away... Let the shoulders drop away from the ears... Allow the neck to be long and supported... *"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."* From this softness in your neck, invite a wave of release to travel slowly down through your body... Softening the arms and hands... the back and spine... the hips and legs... all the way down to your feet... Feel your entire body becoming heavy, supported, and at ease...
