As the evening settles, I look back on this Monday and thank You for the work accomplished today, for the tasks completed and the strength You provided. Now, I release to You all the pressures and anxieties that came with this day. I surrender the weight of unfinished tasks and the lingering worry about performance. I lay them at Your feet. Forgive me for any moments of frustration or impatience, and heal any disappointment I may carry. Wash over me with Your peace. Grant me true rest now, Lord. Quiet my mind and relax my body, that I may find renewal in sleep. Your word in Psalm 62:1 reminds me, “Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.” I cling to this promise tonight. I entrust my spirit into Your care, seeking the deep rest that only You can give. In Jesus Name Amen.
