**Morning Prayer for Health Challenges**

Good morning, Lord. As this new day dawns, I come to You feeling overwhelmed by the weight of managing my health. I acknowledge this struggle and this heavy feeling as I begin.

Thank You for the gift of this morning—for breath in my lungs, for the rest of the night, and for the steadfast love that meets me here, even in my weariness.

Your Word says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV). I declare this over my body and my spirit today. Your strength is my portion.

I release to You this sense of being overwhelmed—the fear of the unknown, the fatigue of the constant management, and the burden of my limitations. I lay it all at Your feet.

Father, grant me the grace to take this day one moment at a time. Give me wisdom for decisions about my care, patience with my body’s pace, and the quiet strength of Your presence in every ache and appointment.

Today, I commit to one small act of stewardship for my health, done not in anxiety but as an act of trust in You, my Healer and Sustainer.

I step into this day held by You. May Your peace guard my heart and mind, and may I find Your companionship in every moment. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
