As this Tuesday evening settles in, I pause to count the graces You have given today: the warmth of the morning sun, the timely word from a friend, the strength to complete my tasks. Each one is a reminder of Your faithful presence. I reaffirm my trust in You for all that tomorrow holds, the known and the unknown. I choose to rest not in my own understanding, but in Your perfect care. Lord, I ask for Your peace—that peace which surpasses all understanding—to guard my heart and my mind tonight. Let it be a shield against every anxious thought. I now entrust to You, the God who never slumbers, my own needs and the needs of my family. Hold us in Your steadfast love through the quiet hours. As the Psalmist wrote, “In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” I receive this truth now. In Jesus Name Amen.
