As the evening settles on this Monday, I come before You, reflecting on the work of this day. Thank You for the tasks completed and the strength You provided. Now, I release it all to You. The pressures that followed me home, the worries about what’s left undone, the silent anxieties about the week ahead… I lay them at Your feet. Forgive me for any frustration I carried or any disappointment I may have caused. Heal the places where today felt heavy. Grant me, Lord, the true rest my soul longs for. Quiet my mind and ease the tension from my body. As Your word says, “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.” I choose to cast my cares on You now. In Jesus Name Amen.
