**Morning Prayer for a Day After Restless Sleep**

Good morning, Father. I come to You this morning feeling the weight of a restless night and an anxious heart. The day ahead feels daunting, and I’m already tired.

Yet, even in this weariness, I thank You for the gift of a new day. Thank You that Your mercies are new this morning, and that this day is a fresh canvas, held securely in Your hands.

Your Word says, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). I claim this promise over my tired mind and anxious spirit today.

I release to You the cycle of anxious thoughts that stole my sleep. I surrender the feeling that I must face this day in my own depleted strength. I let go of the need to have everything figured out before my feet even touch the floor.

Lord, I ask for Your supernatural strength to meet my weariness. Grant me the peace that stands guard over my heart, quieting the internal noise. Fill me with a calm and steady spirit, and help me to walk through this day one step at a time, leaning not on my own energy but on Yours.

Today, I commit to pausing at midday to simply breathe and acknowledge Your presence with me, recalibrating my heart back to Your peace.

I step into this day covered by Your grace, guided by Your Spirit, and held in Your unwavering peace. In the name of Jesus, my sure foundation, Amen.
