**Evening Prayer for a Weary Heart After Quarrel**

Father, as this day closes, I come to You weary—weary from the strain of words spoken and the hurt of a quarrel that has left my heart heavy. I acknowledge this exhaustion and the sadness it brings.

Yet even here, I thank You. Thank You for the grace that halted the argument, for the breath in my lungs to pray now, and for Your presence that does not flee from my mess.

Your Word says, **"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, NIV).** I come to You now with all of it—the sharp words, the misunderstandings, the pride, and this deep weariness. I release this conflict and its emotional weight into Your hands. I let go of my need to be right and my replaying of the hurt.

Please restore my soul. Quiet the echoing voices in my mind and soothe the rawness in my spirit. Grant me the gift of deep, healing sleep, a rest that mends what the day has frayed.

Tonight, I choose to entrust this relationship and my tired heart to Your care. I will not hold the burden through the night watches.

In the quiet peace of Christ, who bore all our strife, I pray. Amen.
