Let us settle into this quiet evening.

We breathe in Your peace, and breathe out the anxieties of the week that lies ahead.

Thank You, Father, for the gift of this Lord’s Day—for the rest, the worship, and the deep refreshment for our souls.

As the day closes, we hold the insights from Your Word and the fellowship of Your people close to our hearts. Let them take root within us.

Grant us the grace, we pray, to carry the truth of today into the tasks of tomorrow. May our lives this week reflect what we have learned in Your presence.

Now, we release every concern about the coming days—the schedules, the responsibilities, the unknowns—into Your capable and loving hands. We entrust it all to You.

Your Word in Psalm 32:8 reminds us, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” We rest in Your faithful guidance.

We place our week and our weary hearts into Your care, seeking Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
