**Evening Prayer for a Peaceful Heart After Conflict**

Father, as this day closes, I bring before You the conflict I encountered. Even as I feel a sense of peace now, I acknowledge the difficulty it held. Thank You for the grace that brought resolution, for the words left unspoken in anger, and for the quiet calm that has settled over my spirit tonight.

Your Word promises, “The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace” (Psalm 29:11, NIV). I declare this over my heart and over every relationship touched by today’s tension.

I release this conflict entirely into Your hands—the misunderstandings, the sharp edges of disagreement, and my own role within it. I let go of any lingering need to rehash or be proven right. I ask that You restore any wounded places in my heart or others’, and guard my mind with Your perfect peace as I sleep.

Tonight, I choose to trust not in the fragile peace of circumstance, but in You, the Prince of Peace. I entrust every person involved and every unresolved detail to Your wise and loving care.

In the quiet of this night, may Your presence be my certainty. Let my rest be deep and my waking joyful, held secure in You. Amen.
