**Morning Prayer for a Weary Heart Facing Health Challenges**

Good morning, Lord. I come to You at the start of this new day, feeling weary in body and spirit as I face the ongoing challenge of my health. I acknowledge this heaviness and bring it before You now.

Thank You for the gift of this morning, for breath in my lungs and the quiet grace of a new beginning, even when I feel tired. Thank You that Your mercies are new every morning, and Your faithfulness is great (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Today, I hold onto Your promise: "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak... but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:29, 31a NIV). I declare this over my day.

I release my exhaustion, my frustration with limitations, and my fears about what this day may hold. I surrender the burden of trying to carry it all myself.

Father, I ask for Your gentle strength to meet me in my weariness. Grant me wisdom to listen to my body and pace myself. Fill me with the quiet patience of Christ and the comforting presence of Your Spirit for each moment, especially the difficult ones.

Today, I commit to one small act of kindness toward myself—whether it’s a moment of true rest, speaking a gentle word instead of criticism, or simply accepting help—as an act of faith in Your care.

I step into this day held by You. May I sense Your companionship in every hour, finding pockets of Your peace and glimpses of Your goodness along the way. In Jesus' name, Amen.
