A wave of softening…  
Through your hips… legs… and into the earth…  
Releasing the holiday’s unique energy… its joy and its expectations…  
Letting your entire body be heavy… supported… and at peace.

Rest in this stillness…  
Held in the quiet completion of this day of rest…  
Your breath… gentle… and slow…  
Carrying you into the night…  
Into deep and renewing sleep…  
Whenever you are ready… gently bring your awareness back…  
Carrying this peace with you.
