**Morning Prayer for a Weary Heart** Good morning, Lord. I come to You at the start of this day feeling weary, my body and spirit heavy from a restless night. I acknowledge the challenge of facing the day ahead when I feel so tired. Thank You for the gift of this new morning, for the quiet grace of dawn and the promise that Your mercies are new right now, even when mine feel spent. Thank You for being my strength when I have none of my own. I declare Your promise over my weariness: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” (Isaiah 40:31, NIV). This is my hope for today. I release to You this heavy fatigue, the frustration of poor sleep, and the anxiety that I won’t have enough energy for what lies ahead. I surrender my limited strength to make room for Yours. Please grant me Your sustaining grace for each hour. Infuse my weariness with Your supernatural strength. Give me wisdom to pace myself, to receive help, and to find moments of rest in You today. Let Your peace guard my mind. As an act of faith, I commit to pausing at least once today—to breathe, to remember Your presence, and to receive Your quiet strength, instead of pushing relentlessly on my own. I step into this day held by You. May Your strength be made perfect in my weakness. Guide my steps, order my priorities, and let Your gentle presence be my constant companion. In the name of Jesus, who understands our weariness, Amen.
