As this Tuesday evening settles in, I pause to count Your specific graces today: for the steady rhythm of work, for a moment of unexpected kindness from a friend, and for the simple gift of a warm meal and a safe home. I reaffirm my trust in You for tomorrow’s unknowns. Though I cannot see the path ahead, I know You are already there. I pray for Your peace—the peace that surpasses all understanding—to stand guard over my heart and my mind tonight. Quiet every anxious thought. I now entrust to You, the God who never slumbers, all my personal needs and the cares of my family. Hold us in Your faithful hands. “In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” This is my prayer and my confidence. In Jesus Name Amen.
