Heavenly Father, I come before You today with the same heavy burden I carried yesterday. This addiction continues to overwhelm me, and I feel stuck in this cycle. Lord, I confess that some days it feels easier to surrender to the struggle than to keep fighting. But Your Word tells me in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that You won't let me be tempted beyond what I can bear, and that You always provide a way out. Please show me that way today. Help me recognize the cognitive distortions that tell me I'm powerless, and replace them with Your truth. Strengthen my resolve in the moments when temptation feels strongest. Remind me that my identity isn't in my struggle but in being Your beloved child. Even when I don't feel progress, help me trust that You're working in ways I cannot see. Thank You for Your patience with me, for Your mercies that are new every morning, and for the promise that nothing can separate me from Your love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
