### Evening Prayer for Healing and Peace

Thank You for the quiet peace that has settled over my heart this evening. I come before You acknowledging the journey of healing I am on, grateful for the gentle progress and the stillness I feel tonight.

I am thankful for the small signs of restoration I witnessed today, for the comfort of Your presence that made the process feel less daunting, and for the deep, abiding peace that tells me I am held, even here.

Your Word promises, **“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” (Psalm 34:18)**. I declare this over my body, mind, and spirit tonight. I release every ache, every worry about tomorrow’s recovery, and every trace of tension from today into Your capable hands. I let go completely.

As I prepare for sleep, I ask for Your restorative work to continue uninterrupted in the quiet of the night. Mend what is fragile, soothe what is tender, and fortify my strength with Your peace. Guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that my rest may be deep and true.

Tonight, I choose to trust not in the absence of pain, but in the certainty of Your faithful care. I entrust this healing process and the silent hours ahead to You, my Healer and my Peace.

In the calming name of Jesus, who grants rest to the weary, I pray. Amen.
