I release the weight of life’s management into Your capable hands. I let go of any subtle need to control tomorrow’s narrative. I surrender the quiet questions and the gentle hopes, trusting them to You.

As I prepare for rest, I ask not for escape, but for continuation. Let this peace be more than a feeling; let it be a deep, restorative rest that heals and strengthens my spirit, soul, and body through the night.

I choose to entrust the silent, watchful hours to You. I relinquish my mind’s gentle wanderings and my heart’s calm beats to Your vigilant care.

In the quiet confidence of Your love, I will rest. Watch over me, my family, and all whom I love. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus tonight.
