**Evening Prayer for a Peaceful Heart**

Thank You for the steady rhythm of this day, Father. In the quiet of this evening, I acknowledge the ongoing journey of life with a heart that feels surprisingly peaceful. I am grateful for this calm, for the sense of Your hand holding the larger story, even when the path ahead is unseen.

Tonight, I rest in Your promise: *“In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”* (Psalm 4:8, NIV). This peace is Your gift.

So I release this day completely—its tasks, its conversations, its simple moments—into Your faithful hands. I release the broad concerns of life itself, trusting that You are weaving all things together. I surrender any subtle need to understand or manage tomorrow.

Please guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let this peace settle deep into my spirit, renewing my strength as I sleep. I choose to entrust the night and all my tomorrows to You, confident in Your watchful care.

In the name of Jesus, my Prince of Peace, and by the comfort of Your Spirit, I pray. Amen.
