I hear the weariness in your voice, friend. When stress feels like it's gaining ground, even a bit, it can be disheartening. Let's pause together. In CBT, we might call this a 'thought trap'—where one difficult feeling seems to predict all future ones. But feelings are not facts. They are visitors, sometimes unwelcome, but they do not define your strength or God's presence with you. Remember Psalm 55:22: 'Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.' You are not carrying this alone. Even in this moment of increased stress, there is a foundation beneath you that cannot be shaken. This is a temporary wave, not the ocean. We can face it one breath, one prayer, one truth at a time.
