Heavenly Father, I come before You today feeling weary from this ongoing stress. The sameness of this challenge feels heavy, and I'm tired of carrying it. Lord, You see exactly what I'm facing - the persistent pressures that drain my energy and test my spirit. I ask for Your supernatural rest to fill me, just as You promised in Your Word. Help me to truly come to You with these burdens instead of trying to shoulder them alone. Give me the wisdom to recognize when my thoughts are making this harder than it needs to be, and help me replace those heavy thoughts with Your truth. As I meditate on Matthew 11:28-29, remind me that Your rest is available right now, not just in some distant future. Renew my strength today, refresh my perspective, and help me find small moments of peace even in this difficult season. In Jesus' name, Amen.
